   Today I got e3d v6 hotend for my r1 +.
   Was reading for weeks now about this upgrade. But i have on really stupit question. Do I have to rewire all on new for it or i can just use the existing wires and connect hotend on them?

   Your call. Either way should work. Remember the heater core is the highest current so if you put connectors in that they need to be 15amp at least.
