Solved Removing Hotend on R1+

    Then I say scape it off and move on. :)

    Don't scrape it off. After looking at pictures, I found I was putting it back in with the wiring on the left side. When I figured out the wire routing and turned the hot end so the wiring was on the right side, just under the big gear it slipped right in! Have to be more observant when disassembling stuff.
