Hotend uses a 25 x 25 x 10 mm fan, there are no real good ones.
The parts fan is 40 x 40 x 10 mm and there are plenty of good ones if you spend the money,

The cable is called a JST Waterproof connector and no normal fan comes with that type of connector, The actual JST designation is JST-SM and you can get them on eBay and Amazon, either buy crimp connectors and terminate your own or buy some with wires attached and splice the wires on the end.

There are quite a few printable replacement shrouds for the hexagon that change the fan to 30 x 30 mm which gives you a lot more options for fans than 25 x 25 mm

This one will plug into the female/8mm end, but it's kind of expensive for what it is.

Here, instead of guessing this is the official site for JST manufacturing
    http://www.jst-mfg.com/index_e.php

There are a ton of JST connectors for various interconnections. This should give you all the information you need to identify which connector is which.

They've had "some" parts in stock since I got my R1+, I dont remember the plus bed being 90, but do remember higher than 60 and had to ask for magnets. Cool to see it come down and magnets included!

They did drop the price on the bed in recent history (it was close to $100 originally) however the page often lies about what is actually in stock :) Expect that you may not be able to complete an order due to "out of stock".

I've always had good luck on the heatbeds (bought 2) but had terrible luck with the hotend parts, but seems if you call they can help out quite a bit with the lead time

Well, there was a time when the heated bed listing actually had a "this item is currently out of stock until further notice" for a good long while (leading up to the C2 being launched I think the listing straight up went away for a while).

Personally, I like Adafruit since they have a ton of stuff within this space and their prices seem reasonable to me. link
