    Still not return ?
After trying fix a lot of things my X Y axis still getting problem, the printing file was deviated to the right side about 1 cm (please see the photo attached). And now it's sound like the whole X Y axis system is getting stuck somewhere.

I am sorry, in my mind I lost the thread of what you are asking for. Do yo have the 8mm rod setup or two 6mm rods?

I'm still using basic set up two 6mm rods. By the way, My X Y axis have serious errors because of the broken bushing cover. I tried to print new bushing cover which using screws (i found that in somewhere here) and the result seems bad, more errors coming :
    - If i tightened the screw, that new bushing cover seems tighten the bronze bushing inside either and this causes X Y system stuck when trying to move (it causes big sound : Grrrrr , Grrrrr)
    - The belt also loosen and I tried to add more spring to make it more tension but it didn't work.
    - The extruder now is quiet heavy to move by hand ( X Y axis problem for sure) and I'm intending to open it for maintenance work but I have no idea from where should i start (do you have videos for this ?)

    Thanks for help

The bushing cover (basic ones from Robo) is the worst invented things on the world lol, easily broken, difficult to fix, and if you run long enough, the bronze bushing bearing inside will wear and tear this plastic cover - causes tons of mini black dust falling out (this is why i decided to look in this forum for the better ones which can use screws). I even thought if i can find the best cover design, i will research aluminum CNC method for that design for stable using.

I can't put the bushing bronze block into this hole, it seems little bit narrow with the origin bushing block, should I need to drill the hole to make it bigger ?

They are different there is a bevel on the outside. I would use the one with the bevel for front and side.

Oh I saw the difference. Little bit confuse now....
There are 3 types of housing and we have 4 edges, lol can you show me their directions ? thanks sir
As these images I still thought we have 2 types of housings only for 4 edges :
P/S : as i can image should we use :
    - Housing with bevel is for front edge
    - Housing without bevel is for 2 sides
    - Housing with L shape is for rear
    Am I right ?
