Right before I start a print, I'll grab a q-tip, cut it in half, dip it in, wipe off the excess on the sides of the glass, take the hotend bowden tube out and season the hot end. It works really well when I do this, but like crap when I forget

My plan as of right now is to have it taken apart so I can see the pots while it is on, then load up some gcode that centers the x/y and raises the z up a bit, then just have all the motors move just a little bit for about 20 minutes, get the temperature reading, and try to get them to just under 50C
