Got mine today and have run into a couple issues, some more important than others.

    The small stuff:

    1. on the plastic molding around the bed, there is a sliver broken off. Doesn't seem like it will impact anything.
    2. The ribbon coming off of the print assembly keeps getting jammed up in the corner. Trying to keep it out of the printer's personal space, but little luck so far.
    3. Didn't receive a z-offset tool. I'm assuming this was just a rigid piece of paper? Improvised with a sheet of paper sourced locally.

Now, the fun one - filament loading! I have to continually apply pressure to the filament to get it to feed. The wheel bearing in the filament feeder just won't turn. The spindle wheel is turning fine, but I guess there's not enough pressure on the filament to move it into the extruder.

    Thoughts?

The official Robo Z-Offset Tool is, as you guessed, just a strip of paper. LOL

Initially my top ribbon cable was jamming inside the case. I had to bend it straight and it's been behaving OK.

So your extruder shaft is rotating, but not the wheel? If so, your small knurled wheel is probably loose. There is an allen wrench in the took kit for that. Remove the extruder plastic cover. The setscrew tightens the knurled wheel against a flat spot on the extruder shaft.

I don't think I have a knurled wheel on the extruder shaft. Just a lone shaft, round on maybe 2/3rd, flat on the other 1/3.

Yea, that is a problem. Make sure that you check the box and packaging.
Maybe it just got loose and fell off in transit...

And contact their support folks :)

makes perfect sense. I'll doublecheck the packaging - don't see how anything could move more than a millimeter in there, that thing was packed tight.

and success. I found it under the tabbed bottom of the printer, under the bed. Popped it off and it was just sitting near one of the boards. Test print is underway, things are looking good.
