Oh, the bell is good, but the plastic end has broken and screw is gone.

Contact Robo Technical support they should send you a new one, but even better is to glue yours back together long enough to print a new one. Mine have all been replaced by printed ones from Thingiverse and they have been no problem.

Thanks for your suggestion to contact technical support, will try.
To print a new one is good, I can ask my friend to help, but one screw and nut have lost.

@Sam Ho the bolt and nut are 3 or 4 mm. Whichever one the nut fits into the slot of the piece that broke.

IIRC there is a bolt and nut on the right side of the front bed rail that could be used in a pinch

Both mine have broken and been replaced as well as the bed rails

The plastic hold the belt broke. Screw and nut to hold the plastic at the front side of the head bed lost, which is the one you can see at the front side of the head bed table.

The bolt on the left is the broken one. On the right is another bolt. On my unit I was able to remove that 2nd bolt and get by one print to print another one (you will need to glue back togather your broken one like @WheresWaldo said)
