Tip - replace bolts holding hotend in place

All of my bolts were slightly stripped (evidently my Robo3D needed someone with a better screwdriver).
I replaced the 2 M3x25mm that hold the hot end in place with socket-head-cap-screws from McMaster Carr -- much less likely to cam-out.

Since they come in a box of 50 (and I needed 2!)... give me a PM and I'll send 2 for 4 or 4 for $6 (silly postage)...

They've since switched to stainless steel screws there so it's less likely to strip out.
