Trying to understand the firmware process.

What is the command to enter a pause of 10 seconds or so between steps in a startup script?

 

I use G4 S0010 when I adjust my level. I type it in at the terminal, twist the left virtical screw rod a smidgin and it resumes. I repeat as needed until my first layer is right on.
