Sorry error log is too long, don't know how to attach in an edited post so I apologize for the double post.

The redefines are not ERRORS they are WARNINGS. they have no affect on compiling and are just the result of a bit of sloppy programming on the Marlin developers part when they were working on adding features to Eric Zalm's original source code. All those warnings can be ignored and the compiler does exactly that.

Alright guys, root of the issue: Bad arduino. Luckily I've had another mega 2560 lying around so I salvaged the arduino board from that one. I was able to upload, no problems on the new board. After taking @WheresWaldo 's suggestion I was still receiving the COM error, since the firmware issue was resolved there's no reason why it shouldn't upload. So I'm gonna buy a new arduino. Should I just buy another UNO? And seriously, endless, ENDLESS thanks for you guys, and your patience in helping me. I'm going to mark this issue as solved. Thank you :)

You need to buy an Arduino Mega 2560 for the R1/R1+.
    Not an Uno :)

And I wouldn't toss the existing Arduino if you do replace it. I have a pile of Raspberry Pi's and sometimes I forget that I've toggled off sound on *that one* or whatever since I was doing PWM... It will be good for some other project, in theory.

Eh, for the printer I totally agree, but I have salvaged a few for other less critical things :)
Hard to say in this instance if it is salvageable. If you buy the bits to burn the bootloader I would certainly try that. I have managed to salvage about 1/5 of the ones I tossed by doing that.

Still they are cheap enough not to cry over them.
