Unresolved Was working great, now it stabs my prints

    Yeah uploading the STL and G-code would help us look at the issue as well.

    It's hit and miss. It doesn't seem to be the file nor the application used.

    I finally saw it start to happen and was able to record it.

    video errors out. Can you post the YouTube link?

    I am at a total loss. I saw the video(found it on YouTube). That is very odd.

    I did notice something new when this was happening. Normally I see a green glow around the USB connector. When it stopped printing then lowered into the print I saw a red glow.

    That seems like a comm error. Is the fan under the robo working ?

    Yes it is. I can still control the X Y Z in the software. That's how I get the head out of my print.

    I have no idea, that is very odd. One of the other members may be able to help you further but I'd suggest you contact a robo tech. I would imagine they will know about the red light around the USB port. I would only be able to guess at this point. I'm sorry I can't help further

    Hmm definitely try printing from SD card. Your printer should have included a USB to Microsd adapter.
