Thats ok, its going off the gcode with the m565. You can always clear eeprom if for some reason you stored your z offset there

Hard to tell for sure with the picture(that filament is cool) but there shouldnt be nozzle marks and no gaps between the lines on the first layer. Can you verify all the layers are touching and that on the top are nozzle marks

Yeah they are touching but I think the material is just bubbling after hitting the build plate top does not feel smooth but bottom does

I'd raise your z a bit more. I'm pretty certain those are nozzle marks from printing to close :)

Either one. -1.1 will be a noticeable change, if it's to much split the difference

Have you leveled your z and y ? Seems high on one side and not so much on the other. Hate to ask... but do you have a different color filament ? That one is very hard to see lol

So how I read that is nozzle is slightly too high but not enough to cause and not low enough to squish to first layer. Did I get that right? Also what's a good way to flatten out the bed via calipers

The best way to level your x to the y is with a paper leveling. You lower the nozzle to the bed where a piece of paper just fits between the nozzle and the bed. Then slide the extruder to the other side. If its different adjust by turning that sides threaded rod while holding the other in place. Repeat across the front middle and back of the bed.
