After dealing with this: http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/how-to-change-the-nozzle.6558/ - I've discovered many issues with my printer, while trying to fix the issue, I broke the filament guide/cooling block of my hotend, decided to restore my printer as much as I can, instead of giving up

    I have two options
    i) Get stuff from China, for cheap, and with more options, wait 3-4 weeks, deal with customs (+ discover issues, wait 3-4 weeks more at least)
ii) Get stuff from US, get them imported with Shipito+DHL in a batch, receive them in a week~
I've decided on (ii) for the time being, yet I couldn't come up with many good sources for parts

Here are some issues and the parts I could find:

    (A) Hotend (crucial)
    http://printedsolid.com/collections/accessories-and-upgrades/products/e3d-hot-end-kit-v6
    http://www.amazon.com/10Pairs-13cm-2Pins-Female-Connector/dp/B00MJVKKKI/
There are $20 chinese ones, however this set seems complete while the aliexpress/china ones lack detail - $80 seems acceptable

    (B) Hobbed Bolt (crucial)
Mine got worned down, probably while I was trying to unclog the printer, couldn't find a good one, really need advice on this one:
    http://www.amazon.com/Hobbed-Bolt-for-3D-Printer/dp/B00C7F277U/
    Edit: http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Hobb-Goblin-8mm-Shaft (Thanks WheresWaldo)

    (C) Heated Bed Rod Holders that are attached to the heater bed (optional - but needed)
Mine seems to be cracked, so they wobble, but I don't think I can find a spare one for these, so I will probably try to gorilla glue these or something ... (I'm not even sure how extensive the damage is, but I pinpointed one crack)
Issue: During the auto-calibration, the bed started hitting the boundary on the last row, this just started happening, I'm not sure how I can debug and solve this

    (D) Belts and Rod Holders (very optional)
There is no imminent danger to my belts, yet my X/Y/Z axes are all chaotic - I re-attached a Z-rod myself once, I don't think I did a very good job - except from the heated-bed/Z-axis/auto-levelling issues, the prints are perfect tho

    (E) Useful screws and stuff
I'm not confident whether I can re-attach the hotend with the 2 screws that hold the hotend assembly, but since I only removed the hotend once, I'm left to just hope it works, if there is multi-spare-parts pack that anyone is aware off, I would like to purchase one (for example I got one multi-purpose screws pack that I bought years ago for a 450-model helicopter, I've used one of those screws to fix the initial issue I linked)

    (F) Official spare parts?
I really wish there was any, I will probably get 1-2 stopper switches, however I would feel better if these was complete set of spare parts available, like the extruder assembly / Y-axis assembly etc.

I will update this OP when advice comes or when I find new things, I intend to complete the buying process before the weekend, I would really really appreciate advice, I'm also open to buying useful stuff from fellow members (could be 3d printed parts, or spare parts that you are willing to let go off etc.)

e3d-online has a very nice replacement hobbed stud that is adjustable from both ends, http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Hobb-Goblin-8mm-Shaft.

All, or should I say most of the replacement parts for the Robo have been modeled and are up on Thingiverse. Print spares before you break something. eBay or China direct might be the best place for all the other little parts if you are not in North America.

That's a beautiful part, thanks so much for suggesting it

The part-printing before breaking advice is also pretty solid, I guess I can do that since my machine was working without issues the last time I checked

I have a spare of everything printable (including the X carriage). Better to have than not.
If I can get the DLP finished I will at least have a second printer to support the first :)

Part C, is in the stuff on Thingiverse, all four of mine cracked, it is the same part upper and lower. The extruder is a Greg's Wade Extruder Reloaded and it's on Thingiverse also. I printed a spare, but I printed two extra idler arms. Good thing since I already had to use two of them.

Here is my current shopping list, I would really really appreciate if someone could approve it, as I'm not sure about compatibility

    i) http://e3d-online.com/E3D-v6/Full-Kit/v6-1.75mm-Universal-Bowden (1.75mm 12V Universal with Bowden add-on, since they advertise the bowden as add-on, I couldn't resist choosing this over the other one)
    ii) http://e3d-online.com/Electrical/Stepper-Motors/NEMA17-40Ncm (Nema17 - the 40N-cm one)
iii) http://e3d-online.com/Electrical/Components/Endstop-Microswitches-Omron (I hope they are compatible to ours)
iv) (Most important) I would be really really glad if someone can point me to all the parts that exist on a Robo3D from this page: http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Motion

For the time being, I will stock myself from e3d-online, since it seems like a nice place with useful stuff all in one place, and being in UK is a plus in terms of shipping, I only linked the parts that I'm not sure of

As soon as I know what to order, I'm just going to go forward and start waiting :)

    My comments on your list:
    1. Don't really need the Bowden add-on unless of course you plan on going that route in the future, The Universal 1.75 direct drive is what you need.
    2. Steppers are all over, but they rarely just go bad, more likely it will be a stepper driver instead. http://e3d-online.com/Electrical/Electronics-Boards/A4988-Stepper-Driver-with-Heatsink, They are pretty universal and nearly all come from China, find a cheaper alternative.
    3. It might be nice to have a switch on hand, they should work for Z, but I would find ones with the lever. The lever can be removed for Z endstop, but the X and Y use the switches with the lever attached, similar to this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OMRON-ELE...WITCH-LEVER-/390661411852?hash=item5af53c140c
    4. I would also have some LM8UU linear bearings as spares, the Robo uses 12 of them, having two or four extra ones would be a good thing.

Thanks a lot for the info

    What about these:
    http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Motion/Flexible-motor-coupling-5mm-to-8mm
    http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Motion/GT2-Pulley-16-Tooth
    http://e3d-online.com/Mechanical/Motion/624ZZ

There is a probably homogenously used bearing of that design, but I don't know it's size
The motor coupling is for the Z-rod's, if it fits
I would also like to have spares for the GT2 pulleys, I rarely strip hexes with other stuff, so I would like to have a spare, in case I need to replace the stepper altogether

I would look at a site call Robotdigg.com for all those mechanical items, much cheaper than e3d-online. I am pretty sure the Robo only uses 608ZZ bearings. Some people like couplers, some don't. Many here have replaced them with something solid, especially since the lead screws are only attached at the motor end and not fixed in place at the other, these seem to not actually be needed, The flex is there to adjust to misalignment of the two shafts, but since it is only affixed at the motor, it is not a real big concern. I would just print solid ones from Youmagine or Thingiverse.

There are indeed some sweet parts there, thanks for the link

I think we should document all these, along with thingiverse links, all in one post, updated regularly

There is a vast amount of information, research and work, yet it's all scattered, hard to access

After I get my printer working for example, I will probably have to come back here again, ask a lot of questions to match thingiverse designs to R1 parts :) - Such a stickied post would save a lot of people a lot of trouble

I ended up ordering some basic stuff from E3D-online by the way, but I will definitely passively hoard stuff from china too

The customs are extremely annoying, each customs visit cost me ~$40, 2 hours and a significant part of my soul, that's why I'm too eager to get it all from one place, even if the cost is high

this is the broken part I mentioned by the way, but I guess there are better alternatives out there: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:386602

after opening up the device further, thing pre-printing idea is a great one, I think I need to print the extruder/stepper holder upper construct as the first thing I do (It even seems like a good idea to replicate it if possible)
