OK sorry all, could not find an answer that worked for me. R1, Z axis is rising at a much faster rate and I can not figure out why. I tried updating the software and things went to heck. Tried going back and that did not help either. I tried to continue printing the wire carrier chain links and the base printed great then it ended up being over 50mm tall when it should be 13.3mm. I deleted all my files and download the them again, reinstalled with Arduino and tried MC too. I am missing something. Anyone have a clue where this newb to Arduino and 3d printing should look?
I appreciate any help I can get.

No, thats why I tried down loading and installing fresh but all I can figure is I "did" do something.

Its an R1 got it about a month ago.

Just software though right? Not the Firmware?
We ask this because if you loaded the incorrect firmware version what you are seeing is one likely consequence.
