Unresolved Z axis too low

    I have adjusted the z offset, Manually leveled the bed, calibrated with a sheet of paper.... But every print starts like it is trying to print below the bed. Any Ideas on how to tell the printer it's too low?

    When I auto home, then manually raise the z axis, its at 1.2mm before it gets off the bed.

    Are you sure you have an M565 command in your start up gcode? and is it supplied as a negative number ie M565 Z-1.0?

    You need to do it from a terminal window, Pronterface, Repetier-Host, Simplify3D all have that included, I think MatterUnConrolled has it too but I couldn't tell you where. G29 cannot be issued by itself, it must come after a G28 command (home all axes).
