Kinda reminds me of under extrusion. Do you have another filament to test out?

I started a print job few hours ago just to see how it prints...

as you can see the infill lines are straight, so I don't think it's an over/under-extruding problem. It does have some left over pla from when it moves, but I am sure that's normal.

Might be hard to see, but some of the layer has shifted. looks like mostly to the right.... Sorry for the bad picture quality.

That is almost our version of "have you tried turning it off and back on again?"

Maybe you have the belts to tight

Is that a thing? I mean I guess I could loosen it up a bit.

Layers can shift because the belts jump. This can happen if they are too loose (the extruder can move rather violently at times) or if they are too tight.

Belts too tight can cause the drive shaft on the motor to bind, skipping steps.

I'm not entirely convinced the set screws are tight against the drive shaft. The back and forth pattern is usually indicative of that.

Which screws? I might of have missed something. If anything it would be a Y axis I guess.

There are set screws that connect the gears to the ends of the stepper. The stepper shaft has a small flat or two that the screws land on so even if they are loose the printer will appear to work, but quality suffers greatly.

No. On the end of the motors that drive the X and Y axis are small gears that the belts run over. Make sure those are snug.

Found out what happened. The bearing and the rods were giving out. Ordered a new one, and for now, I just turned the stepper up just a bit. so far so good!

If you are still in the warranty period Robo has been very good with delivering replacement parts.
