My point is that if you want your concerns heard, send them a direct message.

Yes they don't read the forums, and yes it drives me absolutely insane that they don't. I do my best to relay things to them I find important.

They're busy guys. It's hard enough for them to do all the things they need to in their 6 10 hour days, let alone all the stuff we want them to.

I have no interest in banning you, nor trying to defend anyone. I'm trying to give you the advice you need to get your voice heard. We've heard your complaints a dozen times but getting R3D to hear it is difficult.

I think a singing telegram would be pretty effective.

Ok, I'll post them here, and then I'll send them to the monks running the show. I just thought you guys should see what I'm dealing with there, FFS. :

Note a couple of things: First of all, once I calibrated the z axis by hand while the printer did the loop, I made NO changes at all. As you can see, the printer printed the perimeters ok.... not great but ok. Then that shit in the middle starts. Will SOMEBODY please explain to me how a HOBBYIST would even find this acceptable? I've had the glass blasted with high pressure water to smooth it. Now it's warping at a wapping 46 degrees centigrade. It always did. This glass WARPS when you heat it up to anything above room temperature. This is outrageous!!!

FFS MIKE... I did send them several direct messages! I was 'handled'. These guys are clowns.

Well I hope you find this important. Particularly if Robo is one of the start-ups that you do consulting for.

I get about 4 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period, on avg. I'm trying to launch a new product and at the same time run a WISP for the entire city of Galveston, TX. I know how to respond to customers. Busy doesn't cut it. I know SD. I've lived in SD. I know the culture. Tell them to get the hell off of Fiesta Island and back into the office -- nobody forced them to start a company. Don't they know that's a 140 hour a week proposition? Christ.

I know Mike, and I do appreciate it. But this is really ridiculous. All they had to do was respond with something along the lines of "We understand your frustration, we're aware of the problem, and we are definitely working on it." I didn't even push them to have the damned thing replaced. I only wanted to know that they have their eye on the ball. They CLEARLY are wasting their time in the lab/office. I don't waste mine.

Thanks, Mike. I'll send the photos I posted above to the monks in San Diego and hope they're awake.

Yes. But it is time consuming. Blender can do it frame by frame. but as your buddy said, 'major league ugly' in terms of processing time.

Mike, I sent them the same pictures. I didn't ask to have anything replaced. I just want to know that they are aware of the issues.

I understand you're frustrated, and we can help you resolve your printing issues if you're willing. But right now all you're accomplishing is venting, which, in my opinion, is a waste of your valuable time.

I don't do consulting for them, I just volunteer some time to help users and try and relay important messages/order issues back to team robo.

seriously doubt you spent 3000 dollars. unless you literally withdrew an armful of twenties form the bank and literally threw money at the thing. Or you paid a full on engineer to tinker with this glorified toy(i hate to admit it). Thats what interns are for. Im and intern and my company pays me to use my printer. Ive only spent under 400 bucks of company hours on this thing and have gotten amazing results. this forum is awesome use it and ignore tech support. you would have had it going in a week.

If you think they are unresponsive now, you should have seen them post-kickstarter.
Seriosuly, compared to then they are 1000% better (still sux, but better).
