Chimera Dual Extruder HELP!!!!!

    Hello guys so recently I have been working on this project on upgrading my Robo3D into a dual extruder printer. I'm using the chimera nozzle with Mike Kelly's X carriage already assembled on the printer but I'm having trouble figuring out what extruder to use to perfectly fit the carriage , I want it to be a direct feed so I can have the filament spool running from top of the printer case. If anyone has a chimera dual extruder on their printer please let me know what extruder you're using and where can I find the files to download and print the parts.

    Not sure who has done this direct, I know of some bowden conversions.

    I have tried printing/using that extruder by gyrobot but i noticed I won't be able to fit both motors and I don't know how to organize the wiring with that design

    Yeah it's a really hard problem to solve. Good luck though, will require quite a bit of tinkering and cad work to get it right

    If I can't use a direct feed , what extruder do you recommend that worked really good for you ?
