image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg So I have been following some threads here on how to upgrade the robo3d into a chimera dual extruder. I so far have completed all the hardware using a a Titan Bowden dual extruder and chimera nozzle. Unfortunately I am having trouble downloading the right firmware and making the modifications on arduino. Also I have this error "MAXTEMP" and it says one of the nozzle is at 478 degrees Celsius ( I have two different thermometers I don't know if that could be the problem). I am going to post pictures showing my printer now to help me identify what firmware to use (I think I have the Kickstarter beta robo3d). Please anyone help me finish this project I haven't been able to figure it out on my own.

I am relocating this thread to MODS and UPGRADES just mainly because this is not a normal Robo configuration :)

No worries. Just better suited over here :)

I did some poking around to see if anyone else had documented doing this and ... while a couple of others expressed interest none of them commented that they had done it. This is the best sub-forum to get the attention of anyone who has done anything with it.
    Good luck!

I was inspired by Novice Expert and Mike Kelly to start this project and I have been using their tips and tricks to get this project going and I'm almost done! I'm hoping I could somehow get their attention to help me complete this project.
