   There is 2 wires and 3 spots and I don't know which wires are for which axis. Unorganized I know...
   
   I also had to take my belt off for the E3D V6 upgrade and I don't know how to put it back. Pics and videos help a lot.

   Bingo. Just trace the wires back the RAMPS if you are unsure which goes with which.
   
   As for the X axis do something like this:
