    Hello, I'm in Emirates :p
I don't know... but just a simple curiosity... before to start to print, I had to press the HOME button? I am asking you that as in all the video I seen it isn't pressed but which one should be the use?

    P.s: Thanks for the suggests!

You shouldn't have to press home.

It should do the bed leveling automatically.

Since i never use matter control.. is there a window in the advanced somewhere to type in commands?

type "G28" with capital G and see what it does.. it should move the print head and touch it to the center of the glass plate. This would just be a test to see if even that works for you.

    Good afternoon,
I did it and the head moved itself all to left hitting to hard with the structure then moved to the center. Maybe it doesn't know the working area?

Good morning and thanks to both: why it's happened if the printer is pre-assembled?

Because shipping is hard on sensitive equipment.

Pre-assembled can't guarantee that your postal carrier won't flip your printer over 20 times during shipping.

    Good afternoon,
thanks to all! Finally it is!!! :p :p

The problem was the left bracket not correctly fixed. Now it is working and I am so so so happy :p eheh my first print!!!

I am printing of course my nick (just to avoid to forget it...) but also to the maximum quality, why I have that? And... the bed should be 50'? It isn't hot also if I touch it...

You need to reduce your Z offset by quite a bit. That will help the first layer

    Good morning,
can you kindly take a look to that print?

The quality of the text inside is amazing and I would like to have the same "solid" effect on all the structure. It's about the slider to move?
I printed it in medium quality, it is so different in high?

    Needs more 'cowbell' :)

And by cowbell I really mean it needs more top/bottom layers.

It's also under extruding. The starter sample from robo is... not great.

    Use a different filament

Also that is some decent bridging that you are trying to print there on the top. That's is hard to do until you get the printer tuned it.
