Unresolved New lead screws, new ribbing.

    I'd submit a replacement part request. Something is probably defective.

    Pull out the lead screw and clamp/hold the motor body to a table, then rotate the rod. If you notice it's not spinning true then it needs to be replaced

    I don't have the original lead screws with the couplers. I read Ziggys post on those and they helped loads! Do you mean he's written new posts to do with the new lead screws?

    I'm pretty sure he's running intergated lead screws, which has nothing to do with Ziggy's research.

    I agree, but regardless it is unlikely that a wobble affects it much. My integrated ones wobble (not quite as much as the original ones in the other robo, but not an order of magnitude better) and it has no visible effect on the print.

    I think the same, Mark. The old ones wobbled a whole lot more and didn't have much of an effect. The method of joining the rods to the motors is different now, though, so maybe the wobble will have different effects.
