Problem Printing Small Holes

If you have everything perfectly tuned, you might get 80 mm/s with PLA. I print PLA at 70 mm/s and PETG at 60 mm/s. I experimented with 80 mm/s and while I could get some useful prints the only things that looked real good where models with very little surface details. But like @Geof says after Marlin applies all it's speed reducing math unless you are printing very large models with straight sides your printer will rarely reach those speeds.
