Assuming that the print was on the bed that same way (X axis is left to right) then you do not have the X level.
"Autoleveling" you say "Nope" I say -- autoleveling requires the X to already be darn near flat* :)

*probably missed that in the manual (along with the entire manual being missing)

z offset is 1? What slicer are you using and how exactly are you setting it? you should be seeing M565 Z-1.0 in the top of the gcode if you were to save it off and view. Shouldn't be positive.

Height difference is 2.49 mm from left side of bed to right with the print head in the home position of x120 y127 and z-1

ok, so that could be wrong since you really want a negative number like -1. Try this, export the gcode of the model to a file and open it with a text editor. Search for M565 and see if you find that line to make sure it is there and that it is set to a negative value. I just have mine hard coded in the startup script and ignore the built in settings.

Yes, it needs to be negative, but you are spot on that MatterControl may already be translating that to negative. Or, it may not even be using the M565 (other slicers do it in funny ways also)
Sorry, don't know either :( Your approach to testing it is the best one.

The M565 is the best approach

And it now shows in the gcode right? you put it after the G28 and before the G29 command?

awesome...I think that will help you a lot. Try a print using that. You may need to adjust down or up depending on the first layer and adhesion.

Little too high. Dropping the nozzle down to z-0.9

Still a bit high adjusting to z-0.8

Get too close to 0 and you might have an extrusion problem or need an oiler for the PLA if that is what you are printing with.

Yeah I plan to print one of those anyway also z is -0.7 currently and first layer is looking pretty good. And I have dropped the speed to 62% to see if that helps any
