    Project in progress:

So my god daughter is autistic, which poses a problem on keeping track of her. While at the county fair today I found the zipkey finder which can be used to track when an object goes out of range, and you can set the range.

Below is one of the websites I found selling them.

Anyway, I designed a housing to hold the zipkey into something that could be mounted on a .75" webbing anklet.

I also added her name and mom's cell phone number to the cap (no included in the files attached).

If you are interested, I can post the solidworks 2015 files.

    It is 1.6x1.6x0.625.

Design is intended to be used with SHCS 4-40, LG 0.25", SS

18-8 Stainless Steel Socket Head Cap Screw, 4-40 Thread, 1/4" Length, packs of 100

I plan on modifying it later to include an o-ring, but wanted to test it out without one for now.

    Oil-Resistant Buna-N Multipurpose O-Ring, 3/32 Fractional Width, Dash Number 126, packs of 100

Hopefully it works out ;) It is printing now, pictures to come.
