Differential IR height sensor, Attemptin' Clone....ain't sure of success...now stage 10

    I have offset the build-tak plate on its magnets to make it work for now. What a difference in how this printer works now!!

    It was really inconsistent with its offset before. I had found one major issue was 'boogers' of filament left on the nozzle when doing the G29 would mess it all up. Mostly only showed its ugly head with PETG. Now, i can just click the button and it is very repetitive!

    IMO this is a MUST HAVE for any R1....

    Hey Mark, always good to see you, been a minute, was just catching up on this tread as my Robo is in for a total rehaul, was printing up to last month so got a good 10 years out of her. Anybody you know looking for a Bondtech QRZ, I have one I probably wont use.

    I don't know of anyone off the top. Someone might see it posted here or try eBay if you are wanting to sell it.
    I still have 3r1's, an R2 and a C2 working, but not pursuing any further upgrades on any of them. Each is setup differently and I use them for specific configurations so I don't have to fiddle with tuning :)
