I couldn't think of any other issues with bed leveling that didn't involve the firmware/g-code to put into the video. If you are having any minor problems with auto leveling watch the video below. In the video I explain a way to know which rod to turn which way. This is an illustration of the negative to positive = CCW and CW thing.

Great video. I guess I won't need to discuss this as much in the one I've been working on :)

I could be wrong on a few of the points I make, but I hope this makes it easier to diagnose jams/clogs

Marquis is a very big help. I've learned more from his videos than I have from the entire forum.

Thanks for the great videos! It this kind of support that made it easy to buy a robo3d print. Thanks again, and please keep up the great work.

I am having print issues - the bed levels itself, but then when it starts printing, it doesn't extrude any filament. Everything is clean, I can extrude material all day manually - but when I try to print something, I get no filament. I've only printed 5 things with this printer so far and this didn't happen before. What can I do?

If you are hearing clicking from the filament your nozzle might be too close to the bed. Increase your z offset (should be able to find a thread in the forum)

Z offset -> more negative number = further from bed.

so -1.2 is further from the bed than -0.8

I have gone all the way up to a Z offset of -1.2 to no avail. What video file format is supported here? It won't let me post an mp4.....

I figured it out, well, not sure if I did or I just got lucky :) I had copied a code from a thread and I think that's what was giving me problems, because when I went back to the original G-code and brought the z offset up to -1.2, it printed like a charm. But to be honest, that's what I was doing to start with when this first happened.......so I have no real idea what went wrong :)

Did not know that. I'll try to play with some -tv value later for my z offset.

Just go my printer and ran into the issue of not being able to home the z-axis.
Figured out it was a switch problem, but could not figure out that it is a simple twist of the rod to adjust it to the correct place.
    This video help tremendously, thanks!
