Seems simplify defaults speed is 3600 mm/minute

I tried changing it down to 1000 and noticed no diffrence..am I changing the right value? was trying to slow a print waaay down as a test.

Just make sure you resliced after changing it.

Then make sure you used the correct process definition (FFF file) when you did the slice :)
If I change the default printing speed for a process it changes for me.
Another thing to do is open a support request with Simplify... Sounds like you are doing it correctly.

I guess the speed is working. I changed my units to mm/s did a print at 50mm/s.. and another at 30mm/s I figured 30 would look like snail pace but its hard to tell any difference but the total print time says otherwise.

    Thanks

    Hello!
At the end... I purchased it and it seems really great! I have a problem: the Robo3D looks follows the right path for the object but from the extruder the filament doesn't go out... why?
The temperature is right but nothing goes out... what I have to change also?

What temperature are you trying to print at? If you're at 195C you might need to update your firmware

Good afternoon, I am printing at 220 and the current firmware I have is Robo3DR1V3_06112015. I updated the firmware in the afternoon.

Open the machine control panel and see if it spits out any errors

    Good afternoon,
it's printing now, it was about the temperature of the extruder but... why it does that? What I should to change?

They have just done a rather major update to version 3.0

    http://3dprint.com/74458/simplify3d-version-3-0

I have installed it and... there are some things in the UI they rearranged that are a bit of an annoyance, but I will do testing to see what things they have improved.

The bits about configuring ooze shields and dual extruder setups sounds interesting.

EDIT: The ads at the bottom of these articles always featuring wrinkled fingers and talking about erectile dysfunction are hilarious, too.

Apparently the big functional difference (which is cool) is that the profiles are all now cloud based.
Still, they darn well should have given me a way to import them over (OK, maybe I just haven't found it... yet).

So Simplify3D just got honeycomb infill. I have moved past honeycomb, wait till you try 3D Honeycomb infill, the first infill pattern that varies across Z instead of repeating the same shape in all layers. You can go a lot less dense and maintain a all of inner strength.

There are pictures. It is a good bit beyond simple honeycomb.

I'm not seeing anything more than honeycomb, plus the usual assortment.
